In the absence of a "how-to" training manual specifically for the embroidery industry, ETA stepped forward to develop and publish an embroiderer's encyclopedia especially for those new to the embroidery industry who have often commented, "This is all new to us and we need all the help we can get." The manual also provides tremendous assistance to veteran embroiderers who provide their own in-house training of machine operators.
