In the absence of a "how-to" training manual specifically for the embroidery industry, ETA stepped forward to develop and publish an embroiderer's encyclopedia especially for those new to the embroidery industry who have often commented, "This is all new to us and we need all the help we can get." The manual also provides tremendous assistance to veteran embroiderers who provide their own in-house training of machine operators. The directory allows members to search for other members by company name, member representative's last name, and/or state. So, if you want to find someone near you to discuss local business issues...the directory is your resource. Or, if you would prefer to find someone far away...someone with whom you do not compete for business...this is the place, too!
